Stop what you’re doing. Breathe in through your nose. Hold it. Breathe out through your mouth.
Repeat this ten times. Pay attention to how each breath feels.
This moment. That breath: that’s your entire life. So savour it. Soak it all in, and leave nothing on the table: because it’s all we get.
As Seneca said:
